Meet Dr. Allan Wu
Dr. Allan Wu is a cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Wu specializes in a number of popular cosmetic surgical procedures. These procedures include natural mommy make overs with minimal down time and virtually scar-less Breast Augmentation. Additionally, he is an expert in breast and abdominal cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries including smart liposuction procedures allowing patients to go back to work in just a few days instead of a 2-3 weeks.
Dr. Wu pioneered a new technique of feminine rejuvenation and scarless and nerve sparring labiaplasty. His procedure reduces full recovery time from 8-12 weeks down to 2-3 weeks. Dr. Wu is also the first clinician-scientist to research and utilize exosomes for aesthetic cosmetic purposes by inventing and patenting use of Nano-PRP early in 2012 and research that had begun as early as 2000 as a Fellow in Surgical Molecular Biology at UCLA. He was the first to report cosmetic exosome use at The Aesthetic Show in 2018 and continues to train international delegates on proper use of safe autologous exosomes as a highly regarded international expert on regenerative aesthetic cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Wu recently completed two FDA studies for new approaches to women’s rejuvenation. The first study was Fiori by Venus Concept that he co-created with Venus. Fiori is the first radio frequency medical device to be approved by the FDA to safely treat women’s rejuvenation issues. The second FDA study was Avogen Medical’s topical approach to women’s rejuvenation. Dr. Wu’s study discovered the remarkable accomplishments that Avogen Medical’s approach can achieve for women. In 2018-19 Dr. Wu created, and is directing, the FDA study to approve Cutera’s Juliet medical device to non-surgically treat urinary stress incontinence with no pain or downtime.
Dr. Wu is an internationally recognized expert in cosmetic surgery and regenerative reconstructive techniques. He serves as an official examiner and proctor for the national Oral Boards in Cosmetic Surgery helping to certify both Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons.
